The Embassy located in Addis Ababa represents the Republic of South Africa in the best and the most effective way and promote relations between South Africa and Ethiopia as well as to represent the Republic of South Africa in the African Union Commission (AUC) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA). The Embassy is also accredited to the Republic of Djibouti.
